World Atlas of UFO's

Unidentificd Flying Objects are a subject which is much misunderstood: partly because of poor media attention, partly because of inadequate support from the scientific community and partly because of the absurd claims of cult followers who attach themselves to the subject. The end result is that authoritative data rarely gets to the general public and the UFO phenomenon as a whole attracts ridicule. The World Atlas of UFO's aims to redress that imbalance. We do not know what UFOs are: some cases make it very clear that they are a physical reality; other cases seem to be caught up in a sociological event; some cases have mythological and others psychological components. Some UFO reports are humorous and appear to be relatively unimportant while a great many have serious, often frightening implications for individual people and for the world as a whole. Too many people have been touched by UFOs, directly and indirectly, for the UFO phenomenon to be wished away. These people and the rest of the world deserve a reasoned attempt to provide them with the answers that they seek - whatever those answers may be. The World Atlas of UFO's proves one thing very clearly: that at some level, or in some way, the UFO phenomenon is real.
